Soldotna Man Arrested For Allegedly Threatening A Cab Driver

According to Courtview, he was arraigned on January 20 and is currently scheduled for a pre-trial conference on February 15. The incident occured on January 19, at 3:05 a.m., when Soldotna police responded to the Maverick Saloon for an aggressive male threatening to cause bodily harm to a cab driver and refused to pay his cab fare. Luton was taken to Wildwood and held on $1,000 bail. Luton was arrested in October of 2017,  for setting off the fire alarm at Sterling Elementary and causing an evacuation of the school. Luton was arrested for Terroristic Threatening in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree.last_img
