Mani Ratnam ropes in Amala Paul for Ponniyin Selvan?

Now, Mani Ratnam is apparently in talks with Reliance Entertainment to bankroll his film. The latest rumour is that Amala Paul has been roped in for Ponniyin Selvan.According to a Tamil daily, Amala Paul has bagged a vital role in the film, which will be made in multiple languages. Jayam Ravi, Vikram, Karthi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Mohan Babu are already said to be part of the projects.In addition to that, Nayanthara, Aishwarya Rajesh and Keerthy Suresh have also been approached for important roles in the film. However, Mani Ratnam is tight-lipped, as always, about this film too.His last film Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, a multi-starrer, turned out to be a huge hit.
